Position Summary

The Sales Administrator/Marketing Support is responsible for assisting Sales and Marketing staff with various projects and day to day activity. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Sales reporting monthly.  Manage and track all reported revenue numbers.  Participate in monthly sales calls.
  • Support sales and account management teams with pricing, proposals, RFP responses, and marketing collateral etc.
  • Organize and manage trade show activities.  Identify potential new show opportunities and collaborate with sales team on pre and post-show follows.  Assess and report on trade show results
  • Quote existing clients on new jobs. Identify opportunities for introducing new services within the existing client base through collaboration with the IMS sales team and customer service department
  • Work within the existing sales “Sugar” CRM platform.
  • Position requires strong organizational and communication skill sets.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business preferred; 1-3 years prior experience in marketing services preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong leadership skills required; must be able to coordinate the work of others effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills required; ability to problem solve.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to comprehend new materials.
  • Basic personal computer skills that include the ability to send/receive email messages, post information to a database or spreadsheet. Ability to create spreadsheets, graphics, reports, using standard software applications.   Proficient Microsoft office and Adobe. 
  • Able to meet deadlines while effectively multi-tasking;
