Job Responsibilities

  1. Sets controls on powder application equipment according to set procedures.
  2. Cleans and maintains the environmental room and powder coating booth to avoid powder contamination.
  3. Ensures best coverage of parts while working to maintain the highest line speed.
  4. Maintains coating thickness to meet established quality standards and determines corrective actions as necessary.
  5. Performs basic maintenance on all system equipment
  6. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Skills Requirements

  • Basic reading skills
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education

High School diploma

Experience Requirements

1 year of related experience

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Some physical demand; often lifts light weight material. Rarely lifting/moving average weight (25-50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material.Generally good working conditions.Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
