A Cicero, NY based Veteran Owned Construction Management and General Contracting Company is seeking candidates who are MILITARY VETERANS to fill several Carpenter Helper positions!

Your primary role will be working alongside a Lead Carpenter to construct commercial and residential construction projects. This position has potential for advancement within the company.

FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full-Time

LOCATION: Cicero, NY

COMPENSATION: $10 - $15 per hour (DOE)

POSITION: Carpenter Helper

DATE AVAILABLE: Immediately

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Wood and light guage metal framing
• Prefab wall panel installation
• Insulation
• Drywall 
• FRP
• Acoustical Ceilings
• Doors and Windows
• Trim Work (Interior and Exterior)
• Siding 

Desired Skills / Qualifications:

• 1 year construction experience 
• Ability to follow direction from supervisor 
• Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements
• Possess skills needed to perform several of scopes listed above
• Ability to use hand tools; pneumatic tools and other electric tools safely
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
• Highly motivated 
• Reliable
