Administrative Assistant - Construction - Military Veterans Wanted!

A Cicero, NY based Veteran Owned Construction Management and General Contracting Company is seeking candidates who are MILITARY VETERANS to fill a Construction Admin position!

Your primary role will be working with a Construction Manager and managing paperwork of multiple commercial and residential construction projects from start through closeout. This position has potential for advancement within the company.

FULL-TIME/PART- TIME: Full-Time

LOCATION: Syracuse, NY

POSITION: Contruction Admin

COMPENSATION: $10 - $15/hr (DOE)

DATE AVAILABLE: Immediately

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create databases and spreadsheets for each project
• Assist with scheduling and material procurement
• Weekly data entry into QuickBooks
• Setting up new projects in Procore
• Managing user permissions in Procore
• Sending / receiving emails
• Making / receiving phone calls
• Soliciting subcontractors for new projects
• Assisting construction manager with RFI's and submittals
• Assisting in Material Procurement
• Billings and invoicing management 
• File organization (electronic and hard copy)
• Weekly tracking of subcontractors' progress/payments
• Assist in compiling information for estimating and change orders
• Daily communication with Construction Manager and or Site Super
• Management of multiple projects

• 2 years construction / office experience

• Computer Skills - Email / Word / Excel / Procore Management Software (Training Available)
