A Cicero, NY based construction Management and General Contracting Company is seeking Veteran candidates to fill a Site Supervisor position.

Duties and Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:

• Assisstance in creating project schedule
• Daily logs in Procore for each crew and subcontractors
• Weekly photos of progress uploaded to Procore
• Production rate tracking
• Enforcing toolbox talks / site safety plan
• Responsible for all tools and equiptment
• Establish and maintain good relationships with inspectors, architects, subcontractors, and other key people connected to the project
• Weekly meeting with all subcontractors
• Coordination of material deliveries
• Assistance in compiling 2 week look ahead schedule
• Daily communication and reporting to Construction Manager
• Attend and/or conduct project meetings and documentation
• Project Punch List and Close Out 
• Travel as Required

Qualifications:

• 10 years of construction experience
• Ability to take direction from Construction Manager
• Problem Solving Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Leadership Skills
• Organizational Skills
• Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications
• Computer Skills - Email / Word / Excel / Procore Managment Software (Training Available)
• Field Experience
• Highly Motivated
• Reliable
