Job Title: Envelope Press Operator

Pay Rate and Hours: $17-18/hour starting. 1st Shift M-F from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Benefits: 10 Paid Holidays/yr, 56 hrs PTO 1st yr, 80 hrs PTO 2nd yr

Job Overview
Candidate for the Envelope Jet Press Operator will maintain and operate the Jet Press Machine in our facility. Dupli has projected growth and we are expanding rapidly to keep up with demand! 

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent quality during the production run to include copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion
• Perform preventative maintenance on the press such as lubrication, replacement of small parts, cleaning, replacing, and setting roller adjustments and other moving parts as required with the use of micrometers, calipers, and color spectrometers
• Analyze and match color to samples and or Pantone color books
• Troubleshoot and work through any operating issues
• Cross-train in other departments as needed

Qualifications: 

• High School diploma/GED
• 2+ yrs experience operationg machinery preferred
• Willingness to learn and train on various machines required

Physical Demands: 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to see close up, color vision and depth perception
