Job Summary
Working directly under a Construction Superintendent a Grade foreman helps to oversee one or more projects, each with teams operating heavy machinery. A grade foreman is responsible for any earth removal on construction projects. This person needs to be able to help the Superintendent with deadlines while ensuring the safety of their team and the needs of the project.
